Hello
Can i have the folowing architecture :
   -1 x VBR 7 on a backup server
   -1 x VBR 8 on a backup server
-1 x HV Server that should act as target for BOTH VBR servers ( 7 AND 8 ) ( in Replication Mode, not backup )
Is this possible ?
Thanks
Chris

Re: Hyper V target for both VBR 7 AND 8
No, this is not possible. Both backup servers should have similar versions.

Re: Hyper V target for both VBR 7 AND 8
OK, and what's about the save version ( say VBR 7 ) but differents updates or patches
for exemple :
1 x VBR Server with version 7.0.0.771
1 x VBR Server with version 7.0.0.870
Can these two servers target a HV server with the 7.0.0.870 version of agents ?

Re: Hyper V target for both VBR 7 AND 8
All components should correspond to the installed Veeam B&R console version. Actually, the older one will be automatically upgraded by the console that has newer version and will not be able to work with the second console anymore.
