Just updated, and found (I think) that my two Backup Copy jobs tried to restart after the reboot, before I had a chance to update remote agents, and failed (understandably) as versions did not match, BUT THEN I think disabled themselves?? I had to go in and enable them after I had completed the upgrade.
I seem to remember previous upgrades did instruct me to disable jobs to stop them running during the upgrade. Certainly Backup Copy jobs will try to run immediately?

Bob, the behavior is expected, backup copy jobs check that Veeam B&R components on the other side are not updated and disable themselves (to avoid subsequent failures).
