Report showing waiting for backup infrastructure resources

Hello,

I am looking for a report showing when a backup job ever has the status of "waiting for backup infrastructure resources" so I can better schedule/balance my resources. As an added bonus, it would be nice to see which other jobs have those resources in use, perhaps even with a nice graphical chart with backup names and start/end times.

Just wondering whether the script should take about the latest jobs' sessions or it should collect all sessions within a predefined time frame and check if any of those has ever had "waiting for backup infrastructure resources" line. Thanks.
