Log files

Post by marius roma »

After upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 I was unable to perform any backup.
I have an open case (Case # 01145835) and I am attempting to get a solution.
In the meantime I try to see the latest logs, but I can see only the latest 7 jobs.
Is there any way to see the logs of the earlier jobs?
Regards
Marius

Hello Marius,

I bet you did not update your VEB to the latest version and if its true: these are the droids you're looking for

We do display the latest seven backup sessions, however all recovery points are visible in any recovery wizard.

Thank you for the useful link.
By the way I solved my problem by re-installing the drivers for the USB hard disk.
It got corrupted or something like after upgrading to Windows 10.
I asked to close the support case.

Aha! Glad you nailed it and thanks for sharing the update – I hope these drivers issue did not harm any sensitive data on your removable storage.
