Running backup twice a day

Is there any way (maybe using Powershell or Windows scheduled tasks) to perform an incremental backup more than once a day?
I see that incremental backup for many PCs can take far less than one hour, so it could be scheduled to run during the night and at lunch time as well, so the worst loss in case of disaster would be less that half day work...

Yup it can be scheduled via task scheduler to run as much as you like
