TapeDrive alert:The library has been manually turned offline

dear all,
we have recently purchased a robotic library and afterwards we have started to encounter a few problems

first : TapeDrive alert:The library has been manually turned offline
please note we have a robotic library , and we get this message on each tape job , though the job being completed at the end .
but the error shows up .
second :
the backup speed is lower then expected (approx 30mb per/sec and we should get 80mb per/sec )

please advise , i saw this post http://forums.veeam.com/tape-f29/tapedr ... 29907.html
but it hasn't given any answer , and i've open the veam log file (regarding tape) , but the error doesn't shows up there

any help will be appreciated .

Hello and welcome to the community.

Device error might be a reflection of misconfiguration – if I were you I’d reach tape device support team to check your setup (connection cords might be the root cause as well). In regards to performance can you elaborate are you using the File to tape or Backup to tape job? What is selected as a source?
