I'm testing the v9 in my lab and I've been a little
to see that is not the Veeam Explorer for Oracle.

Yes, if it appears.
Quick Menu in Windows 2012 R2 did not appear in the group of Veeam APP . But if it appears in C: \ Program Files \ Veeam \ Backup and Replication \ OracleExplorer

It should be next to other application restore options in the main Restore wizard, and yes, running this tool as standalone cannot be done.
