Bonjour,
I would like to install VEB on my laptop but I encounter a problem when I launched the install binary.

I download another VEB binary, still the same issue. I tried without anti-virus, still the same error.

On the event viewer, .NEt appear to be the reason of my issue but I didn't have any clue how to check/repair my .NET configuration

I work on a Windows 10 Enterprise up to date with .NET 4.6.

If anyone got an idea, I would appreciate it :)

And sorry for my poor English.

Hi,

Have you already tried this tool? If that does not help kindly open a case with our support team and post your case ID here.

Thank you.

Bonjour,
After a remote session with the support team yesterday, they found this is a Windows based error.
sfc /scannow show that some Windows system files are corrupt.
According to this article - http://www.tenforums.com/performance-ma ... annow.html a workaround could fix my issue. However, it's not working for me.
I will reset my laptop this week.

Thanks for the great support !

PS It could be nice to allow opening a support ticket from the Veeam web panel. At this time, the only way to open a ticket is via the VEB console. When the product is broken, we can't open a ticket...

Glad that the problem has been resolved.
It could be nice to allow opening a support ticket from the Veeam web panel.
That will be counted as a feature request. Thank you!
