You mean barcode? If so, not it's not possible. But could you elaborate on what you're trying to achieve and why? Thanks.

We have 10 or more tapes in a madia pool for a weekly job. The space of one full backup stay on 1 tape that after it finish we eject the tape from the tape library and put another one in. So we always have one tape in the library and 9 in a repository offsite. If we want to restore a backup from tape 1 mounth old we have to easly indentify on which tape is!

Do you have a Veeam ONE deployed? If so, you can tape backup report available there.

Alternatively, start restoration process, using Backups -> Tapes node and you will be asked to insert a media the required backup resides on.

Thanks.
