Volume Selections View

Post by vnavna »

When doing a backup of another hard drive that has a Windows OS on it already and you plug it into your PC to do a one-time backup it would be nice to keep the hard drive volume selections together with the hard drive. Otherwise you do not have any idea if you choose the correct system volume to boot from.
Basically it would be nice to have the layout of Windows disk management or MiniTools partition wizard free when selecting the correct hard drive to be backed up.

Thank you

Hi Steve,

Wanted to clarify - are you backing up the OS residing on an internal swapped disk or it’s a removable media (like eSATA drive)? Thanks
