Hi, every alarm contains detailed knowledge bases with the alarm description.

Above the things written in alarm KBs
1. What product version are you at? Have you received any "Heartbeat is missing for VM" alarms?
2. I`d suggest optimize your memory allocation across VMs of the cluster/host. More information is provided in the alike topic. Please take a look.
Thanks!

on the VM settings: Options
Memory : i checked the box (Reserve all guest memory(All Locked))
Then the warning disappeared. Is this the right way to approach.
Will i face any issue with VMotion by doing this.

The option is there to avoid memory overcommitment. It should not cause any VMotion problems.
You may want to do it for all virtual machines that run in the VSA cluster.
Thanks!
