SureBackup free the HyperV

Post by dcampregher »

Hi,

When i try to run a SureBackup JOB, ath the moment in wich the Restored VM is powering ON the entire HyperV host freeze ( i can't send command to any VM ) na only restarting the HyperV host turn the HyperV to normal state.

I see in the HyperV event Viewer that the VM have been restored in the VMLAB have a duplicated MAC Address ( equal to a original VM, obviously ).

I have only one hyperV host in the environment.

Any idea ?

The case ID is: 01740805

I don't think duplicate MAC is actually a reason here. But let's wait for what our engineers could tell after reviewing the log files. Does this host have enough resources to run virtual lab along with all the production load?

I would suggest to check Windows Event log and host performance graphs for further troubleshooting. You can do all this via Veeam ONE Free edition.
