upgrade to v9 update 1 fromi 9.0.0.773

A customer has version 9.0.0.773 of Veeam 9 B&R.
I want to update them to update 1, but it wants version .902 to be installed first.
When i try to run the setup from iso .902 I get a message telling me "another verison of this product is already installed".

Where do I go from here?

as mentioned in the KB Article of Patch #1 you have to apply the Day-0 patch first
