Hi Guys,
on a ESXI 6U2 new installation, we cant backup one VM Server 2012R2.
the error is

does it mean the CBT issue ? and need to be change to false ?

are you using free esxi hypervisor? This is not supported!

Thank you I just noticed
the ESXI and VEEAM were the trial version.
applied the license now the backup is busy 32%

Looks like ESXi had a free license installed, as opposed to a trial license.
