Veeam Server already attached to Backup Enterprise Manager

Post by genetorres »

We have an old Enterprise Backup Manager server that was never used, so BEM was re-installed with a new Database after a failed upgrade. The issue we're now seeing when trying to add the backup servers to BEM is that they're reporting:

"Server 'serverFQDN' already interacting with Enterprise Manager on host 'hostname' version '7.0'"

Has anyone encountered this before, and if so, how can I manually clean up and be allowed to add the backup servers to the new Enterprise Manager?

TIA :D

Best to contact our support to remove any old references as manually editing the database may be risky.
