User for specific Virtual Lab

Hello,
I've have installed Veeam B&R Enterprise (version 9).

I'm trying to figure out how to create a specific user and assign to him the possibility to start a specific Virtual Lab.
This use is not an administrator and could have access to the Veeam server or to Enterprise manager web interface.

In the Backup Enterprise Manager I can see the "Portal User" and "Restore Operator" roles.

In the B&R I see "Veeam Restore Operator" and "Veeam Backup Operator".

Can you suggest me the best solution?
