where to rcreate replication job

hello is it better to create the replication job on the veeam backup server located in the DR site or the production site? Does it matter either way or the other ?

each server has a separate console in my case is this the way it supposed to be working ?

It is typically recommended to make backup server located in DR site responsible for replication jobs, so that you have the ability of automatic failover via Veeam B&R in case of DR. Generally, a single backup server is enough, you can have console installed in production site for management tasks.
