hi,
we have installed your nice backup program. but we can't open "configure Backup" by clicking on the button nothing appears... reinstalling the software doesn't fix my problem, can you help us please?

Hi and welcome to the community!
Please try restarting the service and double-clicking on the Veeam tray icon. If that won't open backup wizard either then please open a case with support team and post your case ID here. Thank you.
