i noticed in job schedule, we can set the RPO (periodically every)to 1 minutes. but in vizioncore, it's min value is 5 minutes.
so my question is:
is there any best practice value for sync frequency and
is there any best practice value for how many restore point(retention point) should i keep.

The best practice is one that matches policies and needs of your organization. And it highly depends on hardware you are using.
Jobs with 1 min period can saturate resource usage of your environment - you may not want to suffer from this.
Retention policy is also up to you and depends on how much storage do you plan to provision for keeping restore points.
As a starting point, you may try to set it to 14 days which is the default value when creating a job. Hope this helps!
