Exchange Restores

Post by garyocean »

Hi

Can you advise definitively what level restores can be done with Veeam and Exchange please?

We have a client that wants to backup with Veeam but be able to restore single mail level too, but I am unable to find a definitive answer.

Thank you

Hello Gary,

The upcoming v5 release will provide built-in single mail level recovery capabilities. You can do this today as well (with the current version), but it is a multi-step process (you can request a white paper about this through your Veeam representative).

Thanks!

Gostev,
Any chance you could email me the whitepaper for item-level restore? (sfrost@cbm.org.au) Not quite sure what you mean above about "Veeam representative"; does this mean our reseller? I had a look on the Veeam website, but there are no whitepapers for this topic that I can see there.
Cheers,
Steve

Steve, I meant your reseller (our partner), or your Veeam inside sales rep, if you had dealt with one. You can also get this through our support. Thanks!
