A friend used VEB version 1.x for his Windows 7 PC before updating to Windows 10.
After upgrading to Windows 10 he installed VEB 1.5.x and created a new backup chain.
So his USB HD contains now a folder whose name is VeeamBackup with the old backup files and a folder whose name is VeeamBackup15 containing the current backup files.
He needs to recover some files from the old backup files.
What is the best way to open the old backup files and recover the files he needs?
Regards
Marius

Re: Opening an old backup
Hi Marius,
File level restore and volume level restore should work for all versions since GA. Just start desired restore and browse for this backup (you may need to go back to the first wizard step).
