how to enable incremental backup for VM copy

changed block tracking is enabled for VM and is detected by veeam, but each time, the copy process is all about 4 minutes.
so it seems every time is a full backup rather than a incr backup.

VM copy jobs always do fulls, this is by design. If you want incrementals backups, you should use Backup jobs.
