Hi Everyone.
Is there any way to setup an email alert or something that would tell us if a backup simply not run. When it runs of course you get either success, warning or failure, but if for whatever reason it does not run I can see where one could get a warning.
This applies especially to Endpoint jobs but also for vm backups.
Thanks

Hi Geoff,
What is the reason the jobs don`t even start?
Do you use alerts in case of success?
Thanks!

If you've configured to get e-mail in all cases (success, warning or failure), then getting no e-mail at all would mean the job didn't run.

Another option is to use Veeam ONE and generate a "Latest Backup Job Status" report on a daily basis. You could look through one e-mail having this consolidated report rather than potentially multiple e-mails from multiple jobs to see if they all ran. The only thing is that I don't believe this will include any Endpoint jobs. For those you'll still have to look for individual e-mail notifications from your various Endpoint jobs.
