Current Memory Pressure Alerts

Post by champar »

I have read thru some articles on this forum that the issues with Current Memory Pressure Alerts can be fix by "adjust the thresholds to 110-120% for warning and 140-150% for error". I am running 5 x VMs on Hyper-V Host and barely use any memory so my question is where do I make those adjustments?

My Veeam ONE version is 9.0.0.2088

Hello Robert and welcome to the community!
Do you have the "Current memory pressure" alarm triggered? If yes, the thresholds can be adjusted in the alarm`s settings under the "Rules" tab.
Let me know if it helps. Thanks!

Thanks for the response, unfortunately the desired settings will not allow me to pass 100% mark so how do I save 115% for warning and 145% for errors and able to save the setting?

I`ve just checked it in my lab and indeed the value can`t be set above 100%. It looks like a bug to be addressed in next product releases.
When you have the alarm triggered, what values do you get?
Thanks!

Shestakov,

I get "Current Pressure" (81.0%) is above a defined threshold (80.0%)"

Thanks for the reply.
So the possible workaround is to set warning threshold=95%, and 100% for error.
