File Copy job - features

I've done a bit of reading on the File Copy job, from what I have seen, it's primarily designed to automate tasks you repeat regularly.

Does it offer any deduplication features?

Can it copy file and folder permissions?

Does it offer Delta copy/sync?

Something I normally like to do is have an extra copy of critical user data files on a fireproof and waterproof hard drive (IOSAFE) attached via USB.
Traditionally I've used Robocopy to do this, it runs every evening and adds/changes/removes the files on the destination server to ensure another copy is available.
Can the File Copy feature do this? (Obviously I only want to duplicate what's changed, ideally only Delta's)

None of these, sorry.

Have you considered using Veeam Endpoint backup?
