Feature request: SQL transaction log errors

Post by b.russel » 1 person likes this post

Hi,

I just had a weekend where I was flooded with Veeam error mails for a couple of failed transaction logs. Looking into the cause, I find that 3 databases has been deleted and a 1 database has been created (none of which was an error, just not known to me). Now, I already know that the transaction log backup is very sensitive to the linked backup job, but wouldn't it be possible to indicate the last error in the list of databases in the mail? In my case, the details fields are simply blank - It would be most helpfull, if it state "Newly created database", "Database no longer present" or something similar.

Thanks
/Boris

I think this request is similar to my request to generally include more error informations in GUI:
vmware-vsphere-f24/feature-request-more ... 35792.html
Whe also run into the same issue. So i support this request!
