Moving backup to remote site question

We have 2 sites for backups, one we have existing backups for.

The other is a brand new site, creating new backups will take a very long time for it. Is it possible to take the full backups of site A and move them to site B and then start reverse incremental backups on site B pointed at the files from site A?

Yes, you can do that and map the job to existing files to proceed with incremental backups.
