We have instaleld Veeam Reporter for testing purposes and it is crashing our VCenter. Has anyone had any issues with this, or can someone provide any insight on this issue? Reporter is running on an XP box, and VCenter is hosted on a VM of Windows Server 2008 R2 running SQL 2005 Standard.

Hi Tony, please check memory usage on your vCenter, it may be at capacity so any extra API activity just drops it. This is the only possible thing that comes to my mind.
If you cannot find the reason, feel free to contact our support. This issue was not reported before since version 4.0 release.
