Backup to Disk to Disk

am new to this backup tool, I like to know is there option to configure Backup to Disk to Disk

Adding Information.

I like to configure full Backup on first disk after 2 days need to move the backup to second disk (i.e Backup to first disk ad to second disk)

Kindly explain the steps.

I'm wondering whether the corresponding point should be copied to a secondary location or moved. Thanks.
