Veeam replication job

Post by COS-EDV »

Hi everyone!

i have a question regarding the configuration of a replication job. I have 2 Hyper-V hosts with multiple VMs. The hosts are not member of a cluster. Both hosts have their own storage for replication. This storage is provided by a QNAP NAS and connected via iSCSI. But since they're not a member of a cluster both can only access their own iSCSI storage and not the other. Is it possible to replicate a VM from host_1 to host_2 if host_1 cannot directly access the replication iSCSI storage of host_2?

If you need more detail or if it is not clear what im trying to accomplish please let me know.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome to the community!
Provided configuration will work. Data path fro replication jobs is: Disk > Source proxy > Network > Target proxy > Disk
Please read a corresponding User Guide section for more info.
Thanks!
