Veeam Endpoint Errors with VBR

Post by Shall1569 »

Hi All!
Going to have a go at diagnosing these issues I have on my endpoint clients.
Currently there are 50-60 PC's that are installed with VEB and backing up to a VBR server over WAN

One regular error I have is:

Code: Select all

Session with id '77aa2240-ea00-425c-ae56-c9ad60bf2b49' not found.
Another one I have also come across is:

Code: Select all

- An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host (System.Net.Sockets.SocketException)
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (System.IO.IOException)
Any advise would be great!

Anyone looking that the Case above? I was advised to look at AV and firewall policys but it all looks fine. It couldbe a unstable link as its backing up over the WAN and I need to sort out some form of local Repo

I believe our technical support team is looking into this. Did you follow the advice of your support engineer? ;) If you need further assistance in troubleshooting, please keep working with your engineer.
