Update > blocked Websites

Hello,

When I try to do the update of veeam, I stuck at the beging.
My anti virus software blocks thease sites:
https://rum-static.pingdom.net/prum.min.js
https://geo.api.qualaroo.com

the download does not go on after this.

I can add thease Sites to the "Trusted Sides" but I must be shure that this is safe.
Hotline does not know thease Sites and told me I shall ask here.

The question is: Whats the matter with thease Sites?

Do you know what processes require access to these sites?

I do not know anything, thats why I am asking.
I simpliy hit the update button, it starts, than Trend Micro popps up, tells me thease Sites are blocked and nothing more happens.
I do not know what exactly opens thease Sites, but it happens on every try to update veeam.

I'd place some screenshots here, but I dont get it how.

The most effective would be to contact technical support and let them take a look at the upgrade process as well as review its log files.

Sure, they need to check update log files to define what exactly tries to access the mentioned URLs.
