Veeam shutdown Sharepoint

I just bought a V9 and couldnt get it to work especially on trunc log.
My intention is to backup our sharepoint server.

I have 2 major problem
1) Despite over 10 emails and remote login by veeam support im unable to trunc translog log for my sharepoint sql
2) Each time i execute a back up, my entire intranet- sharepoint is down. with an error

Is this how veeams works ?

Can you see any errors in Veeam session log? What about SharePoint event Log?
