Veeam how to ad NAS Q902

Hello,

is there any one how could help me to attach an NAS from Fujitsu Q902.
I think it is the same als QNAP TVS-671. Veeam Version Version 9.0.0.902 Update 1 i´m using.
1. If i give an share /backupserver it is not found for connection in veeam (add tape server)........ or is there an other point i have to use?
2. There is an ! in yellow by the VM Host .......... i did not found an error ......... is there an idea?

Horst, have you tried to add a backup repository using the CIFS type?

Hello, Thank you for the hint. I'm yousing the free Edition.
I did not found the Point to add the Backup Nas.

In Veeam Backup Free Edition, you cannot configure backup repositories, you have to specify the path directly (either local folder or CIFS share).

And make sure that VB&R service account has sufficient permissions and computer account has been granted necessary privileges to the given share. Otherwise, some problems are expected, especially if you're trying to automate backups, using PowerShell script. Thanks.
