Is there anything specific with those virtual drives? pRDM, ISCSI connection, pass-through etc.? Are there exclusions specified in the said job? Thanks.

Also what does backup job session log show for the VMs you've moved? Do you see any attempts to process these disks? Thanks!

v.Eremin: no exlusions, nothing.. we didnt change anything, only moved with Svmotion running machines from one disc-group to another (vmdk files..)

now we tested clone running Vmware machine only inside Vmware, started Clone and data drives are there... so seems Veeam somehow doesnt try-check Data drives.., but Vmware probably serving data good, clone only with Vmware worked

now we running manual full veeam backup to test.. - we have only "forever incremental"..

Well...all three disks have been processed judging by the screenshot. Try to initiate VM virtual disks recovery (not guest OS) and check if you're able to see these disks in the list.

when we forced full backup and use FLR, data drives are again visible (inside this full backup..)
so seems some issue when "forever incremental" and something changing through svmotion....

when we started incremental AFTER hour after snapshot of full backup, please check times at disk read.. seems in previous picture there are 2 and 4 seconds.. which is really crazy.. didnt seems ok,

this picture shows increment now after good full backup - please check times...

Unfortunately, the screenshot cannot be seen (at least it doesn't work for me). Just to make sure we are on the same page - do you see all disks present in the backup now or not?

i see them both times..

but in first case, those disck are checked in 2-4 sec.. and almost no data backuped..
when tried recovery, those discs are there, but "not initialized".. so there is only free space.. windows system doesnt seems any data

when tried manually new full backup (after vmotion), it backuped all, new increment correctly and in FLR see data drives..

seems somehow how were data drives "moved"... vmware didnt recognized and backup only some sym-links or whatever... so all data lost...

What Vitaliy is meaning is whether do you see all the disks when you try to restore VM disks. Anyway, as far as I can get, everything is fine now, the disks are backed up fine after you've triggered full backup. If you need to investigate the reasons of the behavior described in your initial post, please contact technical support, as it is hard to do it via forum messages.
