VBR Backup Failing on 1 VM

Hi All

Environment Overview:
vSphere 5.5
vCenter 6.0 Server
Datastores both have more than 2TB free space on it. (VMFS 5)
Running 2x Virtual Proxies in Virtual Appliance Mode

Sitting with the following issue hoping you guys can assist. My 1 Backup job is constantly failing to backup our Exchange server. The Exchange VM has 12 disks attached to it, disks 10-12 keeps on failing, the rest of the disks are backing up successfully. Hot add is not supported for these 3 disks and the backup keeps on failing over to network mode. Hot add are working fine on the other disks.

What i have done so far:
Restarted both Veeam Proxies
Reviewed this KB https://www.veeam.com/kb1054 not anything there standing out really.

Is there any reason why the disks would not be supported for Hot-Add that i could be missing? The backups on this server worked fine a week ago and then suddenly it stopped working.

This is the error I'm getting in the backup job: Error: Exception of type 'Veeam.Backup.AgentProvider.AgentClosedException' was thrown.

Hi,
If you have checked the mode requirements and those disks are not SATA, IDE, PVSCSI, I would suggest to re-install required components by removing and re-adding the proxy role to the given server.
In a case this doesn't fix the issue, you would better open a ticket with our support team and let them investigate your environment.
