UI not showing all restore points

Post by jeffsterv »

Hello,

I am configured to keep data for 14 days but the UI only shows 7. How do I go further back in time?

Hello. What are you trying to do? If restore, then just click Restore - and then you will be able to select any restore point. Thanks!

Jeff,
Its not 14 days but 14 restore points. Those restore points could be across any point in time. How many successful backups have you completed on that computer? What is the schedule setup like? You could manually check the backup destination and see how many files it has store in there as well.

Here is more information on the Backup Retention Policy

True: chart in the backup console reflects only last 7 job sessions. Restore points are kept on the repository and should be fully operation via any restore wizard (you can start File level recovery or Volume level recovery via Start > Programs > Veeam).
