Re: REFS 3.0?
Now that 2016 is "there" how can we get a date for 9.5 release?

Re: REFS 3.0?
Not yet, as the current code has some blocking issues around backup that Microsoft will need to fix via updates before we can ship. We've been working with Microsoft on them for months now, so at this time they have a good understanding what needs to be fixed.

Re: REFS 3.0?
Hi Gostev, any word from Microsoft on getting their side of the code updated? As excited as I am about deploying server 2016 virtualization and software defined datacenter features, there is no way I am deploying servers without backups on my VMs! So I now I am eagerly awaiting the release of 9.5 so I can deploy server 2016. Also is there a beta version of 9.5 which can backup server 2016 I could use in the interm? Please advise. Thanks!

Re: REFS 3.0?
It is progressing nicely. The latest cumulative update to 2016 RTM code appears to resolve most of the outstanding issues. There's no public beta for 9.5, unfortunately.
