Link between long snapshot removal and RPC error ?

Hi,

Using Veeam v9, I suddenly have the snapshot of some VMs being removed in 30 mn when it used to be removed in less than 20s.
When I look at the log, I see:

these errors started to appear the day the snapshot removal started to last much longer.
I can't see the relation between those 2 issues.

I wish I could open a case but the support id I use is being refused because it belongs to one of my customers' for which I administrate their veeam.
My company buys the veeam licence for them. So I login with my company userid and I have access to all my customers licences.
How am I supposed to open a case ?

But you've opened cases previously, haven't you?

True. But now it says I can't because the support id I'm using to create the case "doesn't belong to your company"

Eric, please contact your sales rep for assistance with this. You either need to get a new support ID for your company or login under customer's account to be able to open cases.
