Failed to open VDDK

Hi, i have a next problem.
Backing up file "[ms:Storage1] xxx-flat.vmdk" BackupDisk failed Client error: Failed to open VDDK disk [[ms:Storage1] xxxl/xxx.vmdk] ( is read-only mode - [true] ) Failed to open VMDK.
Veeam 4.1.2
Any idea???
