failed to analize file name when backup

Hi Sir,

There have one server cannot backup with veeam, I tried take snapshot manually, it is successful.
But when i run the backup, it show helow error message, what can i do ?

Failed to analize file names. Descriptor "s03cnhkg01appst.vmdk", extent "s03cnhkg01fs001-flat.vmdk"

Hello Brian,

There is nothing to do with snapshotting here, it seems like the issue is related to the particular descriptor of the virtual disk. Could you please send us the backup job log (Help->Support Information) together with "s03cnhkg01appst.vmdk" descriptor file. You may use FastSCP functionality (just use Backup console to browse the host) to get the descriptor file.

Looks like descriptor file for this particular VM is corrupt.
