Hi, Veeam does not backup physical Exchange servers, so I am not sure I fully understand your scenario.

Sorry Guys,

VMware server is physical until Exchnage Server is virtual.
In our company security polices is that we need encrypt volumens for file shares and exhchange database.
But we need backup that servers, and recover items.

So, it's a virtual Exchange with volumes encrypted via Bitlocker. If so, the answer is yes, you will be able to back it up with VB&R.

As to file level recovery, Windows FLR won't be possible, as backup server won't be aware of the corresponding keys. However, Instant VM Recovery should work flawlessly for this use case.

Thanks.

Instant VM Recovery process is described here. If your question is more about usage of Bitlocker, then, it's more or less a matter of installing corresponding role on the given server. Thanks.
