How do I remove Restores?

Hello all,

Already searched around but I couldn't find any clear answers on this, went here to see if someone could help me on this!

Currently I have a huge list of restores: 172, how can I remove these or at least reduce the amount without breaking anything.
Restore points to keep is set at 10 and still it does this.

Hi Sam, do you use forward incremental backup mode with periodic synthetic fulls? What kind of restore points do you see in the backup repository - are there both full backups (VBK) and incremental ones (VIB)?
