Agent hangs at backing up the bootloader

Greetings,

I wanted to backup one of my Proliants, but unfortunatelly it was stuck at backing up the bootloader. I let it run overnight, just to be sure that I am not too impatient, but after ~8 hours I aborted the whole thing.
I rebooted and tried agaibnm but cancelled after around 10 minutes. It is a Proliant DL380 G7, running Ubuntu 12.04 latest 64bit.

We are planning the upgrade to 14.04 (16.04 is not possible this year, because we would have to rewrite too much php-code to work with php7), but I cannot guarantee when it is done. I would prefer to to be
able to get a running backup without upgrading.

Maybe you have some advice for me?

Hi,

We'd like to know get more info abouth the issue. Kernel logs are required (dmesg -T) and also please prvoide some information on your installation (any raid devices, iscsi/fc targets, target repo, job configuration).

Hi,

I´ve compiled some information. I assume especially the raidlog.txt and stella_fdisk.txt will be quite interresting for you. The multipath devices (Fujitsu Eternus SAN over SAS) are only containing data.
The server is booting from it´s local disks.

OK, additional info:
I cancelled the job, and quit the program with CTRL+C. Then I got some (german, like my machine) error message saying that a core dump was made:
