App processing Fails when using Nimble Integration

We switched to 9.5 with Nimble integration and it's super fast.
The only issue we're now having is that it fails (or set to warning if I modify the processing settings) on Guest Processing with:
Failed to inject guest runtime using guest interaction proxy, failing over to backup server
Failed to prepare guest for hot backup. Details: Failed to check whether snapshot is in progress (network mode). RPC function call failed. Function name: [IsSnapshotInProgress]. Target machine: [mpmExchange.MPM.local]. RPC error:Access is denied. Code: 5


Any ideas? I'm not able to cut SQL or Exchange logfiles a of right now.
