VBEM Rebuild Security Scope Error

hello,

we set up a new Server 2012R2 with veeam backup & recovery 9.5 and veeam backup Enterprise Manager. in the Enterprise Manager we set up some users with restore Operator rights und a small scope of vms they should be able to restore. when this users log in into vbem, they dont see any vm. when we set the security scope to all vms, they see al vms.
in die sessions tab we see an error Status of the security scopes rebuild Task. the detailed error description is: failed to execute Task, Access denied
what Task they mean? Access to what?

we have this problem too.
It would be very good if some veeam employee can take a look at this post...

I'd check whether the account used to add Veeam B&R in EM belongs to Backup Administrators group in Veeam B&R and contact support for further investigation.
