Hi Mustafa, welcome to the community!

Where is the shared folder you want to backup located? Inside the VM or somewhere at the external datastore?

Please note that Veeam Backup and Replication produces image-level backups of VMs.

Hi Mustafa,

External drives/shares cannot be backed up. These drives have to be present in the VM configuration to enable backup capability.
In case of alternative way you could use scheduled\manual file copy as part of VBR functionality.

Endpoint Backup (or soon the Agent for Windows) might be an option for this.
