One veb installation stopped working. Reinstall it, bla bla but cant get it to work again. any help?

Daniel,
There is a previous thread with this same issue and was said to be infrastructure specific. Your best plan is to use the Endpoint Control Panel and submit a case to support.

Cant open endpoint backup, nothing happen.

If you restart your machine, then right click the icon in the task bar, do you see the WMI error just opening the control panel?
