Endpoint-Backup to B&R fails

One company laptop has problems with endpoint backup to one of our 9.0 B&R Servers.

In the Repo we only see a vbm file of the backup job.

He's Using up2date Veeam Endpoint 1.5 and Win 10 Pro 64 Bit. We already tried different repo's and did a completely new install of the Veeam Agent together with deleting the DB over registry.
The notebook has no RPC issues elsewhere. Other notebooks with same version of OS and Agent do a succuessful backup to the repo on B&R.
We already created a Ticket with the help of the Agent on the affected client around 8 weeks ago, but got no response.

We already created a Ticket with the help of the Agent on the affected client around 8 weeks ago, but got no response.
Do you have a case ID?

Unfortunately, I cant help with this issue since it requires application log analysis. Please submit a case to our support team (it’s free). Once case is submitted do not forget to check you span folder – you should receive an automated response with your case number. If you got it, support folks should follow up shortly.
