Can i Upgrade all backup servers from one spot

Post by Buercky »

Hey all somewhat new here. Is it possible to push out an upgrade to all 20 Veeam servers. If so what can I use to do this.

Thanks in advance

Foggy thanks. This looks like you would have to copy the update manually to all servers. then run the script. What I was wondering was does Veeam have a program like Backup Enterprise Monitor or something else that will list all your backup servers and push the upgrade files out to all of them. then upgrade the servers and reboot.

There's no built-in functionality for this at the moment, so you'd need to find a way to push the update package to all the backup servers and start it using the mentioned unattended mode.
